RARE ORIGINAL OFFICIAL MYRTLE BEACH BOULEVARD POSTER! This 24? wide x 18? tall limited edition print is the original Official Myrtle Beach Boulevard Poster, 1990, printed on slick poster stock. Now that the Myrtle Beach Pavilion is closed, bulldozed down, and is mostly just grass with a fence around it, this happy-memory cartoon interpretation of the Boulevard has become quite valuable. This rare and colorful poster was sold in the early 1990?s in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina by Panama Jack?s. In cartoon form, it shows the celebrated Ripley?s corner of the Myrtle Beach Boulevard and 9th Avenue North, with the famous Gay Dolphin in the background. Tourists riding the roller-coaster are shown in the foreground. Arrows on the side of the buildings point to Broadway at the Beach in this original creation drawn by South Carolina artist Stuart Kirton and produced by Frederick Clifford Cropper. An unused, still in its rolled sleeve, collectible art piece, unframed. A colorful, cartooned capturing of the zany Myrtle Beach Boulevard! Maybe one of the few remaining family-fun images of Myrtle Beach?s original downtown Boulevard and rides Pavilion. Sad, but true.
